1. The BRANDS VIP Lounge Gold Pass is a marketing project of BRANDS for its VIP Lounges in Creek Tower and Mazaya Centre stores in Dubai.
2. The BRANDS VIP Lounge Gold Pass will be applicable and valid only at Creek Tower and Mazaya Centre stores of BRANDS.
3. Upon receipt of your BRANDS VIP Gold Pass, sign it immediately on the reverse side.
4. The BRANDS VIP Lounge Gold Pass is valid for two years. It is non-transferable and can only be used by you, as authorized Cardholder.
5. The Card remains the property of BRANDS and the Cardholder will only be the custodian of the same.
6. Privileges attached to this Card will be enjoyed by the Cardholder simply by presenting this Card at the entrance of the BRANDS VIP Lounge.
7. BRANDS reserves the right to withdraw the BRANDS VIP Lounge Gold Pass.
8. Services or gift items received are non-convertible to cash..
9. If card is lost, stolen or damaged, Cardholder shall immediately notify BRANDS for a replacement free of charge.
10. This card is not valid for BRANDS staff and officers.
